FINANCIAL OPTIMIZATION
TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING
Advise management on accounting implications of transactions, prepare memoranda, and liaise with external auditors on a wide range of topics such as: revenue recognition, leasing, business combinations & disposals, goodwill & intangibles, impairment, stock-based compensation, restructuring, complex debt and equity arrangements, GAAP changes. Going a step further, we work with your team to execute on the conclusions, including preparing journal entries and implementing process changes as necessary.
